Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist

📋 Description

• End-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment activities
• Manage provider onboarding readiness and intake reviews
• Submit credentialing/re-credentialing applications
• Perform primary source verification per NCQA when required
• Maintain and track CAQH, PECOS, payer portals, and provider data
• Handle provider communications and documentation guidance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of credentialing and/or payer enrollment experience
• Working knowledge of NCQA standards, CAQH, and enrollment processes
• Experience with commercial and government payer enrollment preferred
• Proficiency with CAQH, PECOS, Availity, and payer-specific portals
• Experience managing credentialing files and enrollment records
• Strong attention to detail and data management
