📋 Description

  • Respond to customer queries via ZenDesk and Amazon Connect.
  • Resolve account issues (payments, statements, bugs) with customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues.
  • De-escalate escalated customers and ensure fixes.
  • Document and log issues, compliments and complaints.
  • Be part of a 24/7 Customer Support team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service for US mortgage and credit cards.
  • Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in written communication (speed and accuracy).
  • Experience with Zendesk, Asana, and Amazon Connect.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
