Credit Data Science Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and monitor predictive credit models using transactional data.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build a data lake for modeling and policy generation.
• Create dashboards and indicators to track health and performance of Credit & Collections.
• Implement AI-driven credit automation while ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria.
• Backtest portfolio behavior to optimize limits, pricing, and retention strategies.
• Analyze debt recovery performance and segment collection strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with regression/classification for financial forecasting.
• Knowledge of credit lifecycles (FPD, Vintages) and SCR/Serasa data analysis.
• Strong statistical modeling and data manipulation skills; SQL mastery.
• Experience building propensity-to-pay models and financial feasibility analyses.
• Business English is a plus for global collaboration.
