🎯 Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience in commercial credit
1+ years leading risk-related projects with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience using data to propose creative solutions to tactical and strategic problems
Creativity, a team-focused mentality, and effective problem solving skills
The ability and desire to question the status quo
The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic and solutions
