📋 Description

• Own furnisher and consumer reporting disputes program end to end for FCRA compliance.
• Define reasonable investigation standards across direct and indirect disputes.
• Design remediation paths for data inaccuracies through data stores and reports.
• Build workflows: data correction, investigations, and customer notifications.
• Investigate recurring data defects with source data teams to root cause.
• Represent the program to regulators and ensure examination readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in furnisher or consumer reporting compliance under FCRA/Reg V.
• Track record building or reshaping data accuracy and integrity programs.
• Experience with credit modeling infrastructure and cross-functional partnerships.
• FCRA private-right-of-action litigation experience; familiarity with related regimes (FACTA, ECOA
• Experience presenting to CFPB/FTC/state examiners.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs without direct authority.
