Creditors Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and empower a creditors team to manage payables.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls on creditors.
• Oversee onboarding of new creditors per policy.
• Improve working capital metrics and creditor days.
• Review payments, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
• Support hedging, refunds, and interbank transfers as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/diploma in business admin or finance.
• 5+ years leading accounts payable/creditors team.
• Book size of R30m+; tech/retail exposure preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel; MS Dynamics 365 BC favorable.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organisation skills.
• Experience with B-BBEE procurement and supplier development.
