🎯 Requirements

• BI/data analytics experience in gaming for monetization, gamification, or CRM
• Proven CRM reporting and lifecycle strategy support
• Advanced SQL for large datasets and Tableau/Looker/Power BI skills
• Knowledge of player behavior, virtual economies, and gamification
• Strong communication to present to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving for trends and data integrity
