Support Global Sales and Deal Desk to efficiently create and process CPQ orders
Provide CPQ support to Deal Desk and Sales for complex deals
Act as primary contact for CPQ tickets, pricing questions, and license/key management
Document end-to-end processes and assist end-user training
Support Order Management during month/quarter ends; ensure smooth bookings
Troubleshoot CPQ quoting issues and improve quote-to-cash processes

🎯 Requirements

Experience with Salesforce CPQ is required
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent Salesforce experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requests and SLAs
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 4+ years of project management experience
