CRM & Communications Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own and manage the Mailchimp database across multiple brands
• Build audience segments by contact type, brand, geography, lifecycle
• Plan, deploy and monitor high-volume email communications
• Manage communications calendar and adapt templates for brands
• Monitor email performance and improve segmentation and timing
• Onboard new brands into CRM with templates and schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a mature CRM environment in tech/e-commerce/fintech
• Hands-on with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar
• Understand deliverability, sender domains and list hygiene
• HTML/CSS basics for template edits
• Strong copywriting and English communication
• Organised, process-oriented, proactive on automation/AI
