CRM/ERP Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to map current As-Is processes.
• Analyze client workflows, identify inefficiencies, design To-Be processes.
• Translate workflows into NetSuite configurations and functional specs.
• Prepare and guide clients through UAT to validate logic.
• Support Go-Live and post-Go-Live stabilization with training and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• SaaS experience (core): 1–3 years in BA or software implementations (ERP/CRM/HRIS).
• Client-facing with a process-improvement mindset; analyze and improve business processes.
• Bilingual in French and English (essential for bilingual North American clients).
• Education: University degree in Business Admin (Operations Management/MIS), IT, or related field.
• Nice-to-Haves: NetSuite or other cloud systems; mapping workflows with Lucidchart/Visio.
