CRM Executive - Retail

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end email and push campaigns; manage BAU calendars.
• Collaborate with UKI CRM Manager, marketing, Product, Eng, and Data Science.
• Use data segmentation to target campaigns.
• Design, deploy and own CRM experiments and A/B tests.
• Conduct post-campaign reporting to guide future planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven CRM deployment experience with enterprise platforms (Braze preferred).
• Technical CRM: automation development and HTML templates.
• Data & analytics: data manipulation, segmentation, and reporting (Looker preferred).
• Delivery: attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Stakeholder coordination: cross-functional collaboration.
• Nice to Have: Liquid for dynamic personalization.
