🎯 Requirements

• Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in iGaming (Sportsbook & Casino)
• Design and optimise automated journeys for onboarding, retention, churn, and VIP/loyalty
• Hands-on campaigns with Optimove, Iterable, Xtremepush, Smartico or similar CRM tech
• Strong analytical skills; interpret data and optimise with testing and KPIs
• Experience leveraging customer data and AI models to target segments
• Ensure promotional communications follow local gambling regulations (UKGC) and responsible gaming
