🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook).
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, engagement, segmentation, and personalized
• Experience with CRM automation platforms and scaled campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional strategies and their impact on behavior.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret datasets, identify trends, and turn insights into actions.
• Ability to work with CRM performance metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
