• 5+ years of CRM marketing experience with a focus on ecommerce lifecycle.
• Proven multi-channel campaign expertise, including Push and SMS with traditional CRM.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff or external vendors.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management across technical and creative teams.
• Data-driven mindset to design, test, and optimize high-scale programs using consumer insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or LLMs to boost productivity.
