🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years CRM/lifecycle marketing in consumer tech or high-growth digital
• End-to-end CRM platform ownership (OneSignal, MoEngage, Klaviyo)
• Hands-on email, push, in-app messaging experience
• Strong segmentation, personalisation, behavioural triggers
• Experience with measurement frameworks, A/B testing, hold-out
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data
