CRM Transformation Director

📋 Description

• Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM transformation in US Commercial
• Champion AI-enabled transformation for personalized experiences
• Oversee a high-performing team driving omnichannel CRM programs
• Define enterprise journeys and manage CRM campaigns end-to-end
• Measure and optimize customer experiences across channels
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Analytics, BTS, and other functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 15+ years CRM/1:1 marketing experience
• 5+ years pharma industry experience
• Proven leadership in omnichannel CRM programs
• Executive presence and client service/analytical skills
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
