Cross-border Payments Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for cross-border payments.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from research to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, BD, and ops to deliver scalable, regulatory-compliant cross-border products.
• Analyze customer needs, competitors, and regulations in key corridors (Asia, EU, UAE).
• Track metrics (transaction volume, revenue per corridor, retention) to drive improvements.
• Engage with partners, payment networks, remittance providers, and banks to build ecosystem support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years in product management in fintech/remittance/payments/banking; 2+ yrs cross-border.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, FX, AML/KYC, and settlement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Data-driven mindset; able to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
