🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; Finance, Economics, Marketing preferred
5+ years in Haiti market leadership or market expansion roles
Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms preferred
Strong understanding of Haiti Web3 ecosystem and exchange models
Established local Haiti network across projects, media, KOLs, and institutions
Excellent communication and cross-border stakeholder management; English or Chinese
