Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Pan EU country strategy for trading volume growth and user acquisition
• Lead online and offline marketing initiatives, including meetups, seminars, and sponsorships
• Build relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders (KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, VIP clients)
• Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education initiatives in Pan EU
• Monitor Pan EU market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform growth
• Track performance and report on core KPIs like trading volume and active users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance/Econ/Marketing preferred
• 5+ years in Pan EU market leadership or BD roles
• Crypto/fintech or internet platforms experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Pan EU Web3 and digital asset exchange models
• Established local Pan EU network (projects, media, KOLs, institutions)
• Excellent communication and cross-border collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English or Chinese
• Results-driven with strong execution and market sense
