Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Pan EU country strategy for trading volume and user growth
• Lead online and offline marketing, including meetups, conferences, and KOL engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders (KOLs, media, VIPs)
• Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education in Pan EU crypto ecosystem
• Monitor Pan EU market trends and regulatory developments; translate insights into local growth plans
• Track performance and report market results; KPIs include volume and signups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance/Economics/Marketing or related field preferred
• 5+ years in Pan EU market leadership, business development, or expansion roles
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or web platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and crypto exchange models
• Established Pan EU local network (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; cross-border, multicultural teams
