📋 Description

Develop and execute the Pan EU country strategy for growth
Lead online and offline marketing, meetups, and KOL events
Build and maintain relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders
Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competition
Track performance and report on trading volume and users

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; finance/economics/marketing background preferred
5+ years in Pan EU market leadership, biz dev, or expansion roles
Experience in crypto/fintech or web platforms preferred
Strong understanding of Pan EU Web3 and digital asset exchange models
Established Pan EU local network: projects, media, KOLs, communities
