Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Pan EU country strategy for trading volume growth
• Lead online and offline marketing, meetups, conferences, sponsorships, and KOL engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and VIP clients
• Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education in the Pan EU crypto ecosystem
• Monitor Pan EU market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
• Act as the local representative, collaborating with global marketing, product, BD, and compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Pan EU market leadership, business development, or market expansion roles
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange business models
• Established local industry network in Pan EU (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-border and multicultural teams
• Solid working proficiency in English or Chinese
