🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
5+ years in Pan EU market leadership, BD, or expansion roles
Crypto, fintech, or internet platform experience preferred
Strong understanding of Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange models
Established local Pan EU industry network (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions)
Excellent communication and cross-border stakeholder management; English or Chinese
