Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Pan EU country strategy for growth, trading volume, and users.
• Lead online/offline marketing: meetups, conferences, sponsorships, and KOL/VIP engagement.
• Build and manage relationships with local KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and VIP clients.
• Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education in Pan EU.
• Monitor Pan EU market trends, regulatory developments, and competition; translate insights into growth.
• Track performance and report on market results and KPIs (volume, active users, registrations).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Pan EU market leadership, BD, or market expansion roles.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange business models.
• Established local Pan EU industry network (projects, media, KOLs, communities).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with cross-border, multicultural teamwork.
