📋 Description

• Develop Pan EU country strategy for trading volume growth and user acquisition
• Lead online and offline marketing, meetups, events, and VIP engagements
• Build relationships with KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and VIPs
• Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education in Pan EU
• Monitor Pan EU market trends, regulatory developments, and competition
• Track performance and report on market results and KPIs like volume and active users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• 5+ years in Pan EU market leadership, business development, or expansion roles
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and crypto exchange models
• Established Pan EU local network (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-border, multicultural teams
