Develop and execute the Pan EU country strategy, focusing on growth
Lead online and offline marketing, incl. meetups, Web3 conferences, sponsorships
Build relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders: KOLs, media, Web3 projects
Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education
Monitor Pan EU trends and regulation; translate insights into growth
Act as local representative; collaborate with global teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred
5+ years in Pan EU market leadership, business development, or market expansion
Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms is highly preferred
Strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange business models
Established local Pan EU network (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-border, multicultural teams
