📋 Description

  • Develop and execute the Pan EU country strategy to grow trading volume and users
  • Lead online and offline marketing: meetups, Web3 conferences, sponsorships, KOLs
  • Build and maintain relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders (KOLs, media, projects, VIPs)
  • Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education in Pan EU crypto ecosystem
  • Monitor Pan EU market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
  • Act as the local representative, collaborating with global marketing, product, BD, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; Finance, Economics, Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years in Pan EU market leadership or expansion roles
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange models
  • Established local network in Pan EU (projects, media, KOLs, institutions)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management for cross-border teams
