Develop and execute Pan EU country strategy for trading volume and user growth.
Lead online/offline marketing initiatives, including events and KOL engagement.
Build relationships with KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and VIP clients.
Drive localized marketing, branding and user education in Pan EU crypto ecosystem.
Monitor market trends and regulations; translate into growth strategies.
Act as local representative, collaborate with global marketing, product, BD, compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; Finance/Economics/Marketing preferred.
5+ years in Pan EU market leadership or BD (Nice: Country Lead/Regional Head).
Crypto/fintech or internet platforms experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Pan EU Web3 and digital asset exchange models.
Established local Pan EU network (KOLs, media, institutions).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English or Chinese.
