Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Pan EU country strategy for growth and market expansion
• Lead online and offline marketing initiatives, including meetups, seminars, Web3 events
• Build and maintain relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders, including KOLs, media, Web3 projects
• Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education in the Pan EU crypto ecosystem
• Monitor Pan EU market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
• Act as local representative, collaborating with global marketing, product, BD, and compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; background in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields preferred
• 5+ years in Pan EU market leadership, business development, or market expansion roles
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange models
• Established local industry network in Pan EU (projects, media, KOLs, communities, institutions)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-border and multicultural teams
