🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations management with large-scale servers or data centers.
• Experience maintaining physical computing facilities, including capacity planning and energy optimization.
• Strong knowledge of operations, vendor management, and budgeting in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin, PoW mining, or ability to adapt compute infrastructure to mining contexts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills coordinating with on-site teams and global stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
