CSLV Senior Financial Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted finance advisor to worldwide Customer Success and Lifetime Value leaders
• Partner with business-unit services finance teams to evaluate sales performance, customer trends
• Own and enhance the global Net Dollar Retention model in Power BI
• Lead profitability analyses for GreenLake to accelerate growth and improve margins
• Support recurring financial management activities: flash reporting, KPI tracking, operating reviews
• Collaborate with geographic teams, Sales Strategy & Planning, and Finance stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business finance, FP&A or related role
• Experience in services or solutions businesses; pricing/analysis/deal approvals are a plus
• Strong business/financial acumen; connect trends to financial performance
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; experience with EAP, Salesforce or Business Objects a plus
• Financial modeling, profitability analysis, forecasting, business-case development
