📋 Description

Manage a portfolio of Mid Market/enterprise customers in EMEA
Lead customers to their desired outcomes with Wrike
Collaborate with Sales, PS, Support, Product and others
Drive customer ROI and NET MRR growth through engagement
Lead end-to-end Success Plan execution and value delivery

🎯 Requirements

Fluent English and German
2+ years in Customer Success or similar
Experience with Marketing, PS, IT, PMO teams
Strong relationship building with senior leaders
PM, process redesign, and change management skills
People skills with empathy and patience
