Culinary Trainer

📋 Description

• Train all culinary team members on Lindblad vessels
• Develop training plans for each culinary role
• Implement provisioning plans per ship itineraries
• Serve as fill-in cook or culinary staff as needed
• Monitor and evaluate galley staff performance
• Conduct candidate interviews and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent; maritime shipboard exp preferred
• Strong English communication, written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel regularly
