Cultivation Technician I

📋 Description

• Perform tasks in indoor harvest grow as part of cultivation ops
• Care for mother plants, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH mgmt
• Water management, temperature/humidity control, pest and disease management
• Maintain plant scheduling to project daily/weekly/monthly needs
• Catalog plants, tags, pruning biomass; ensure equipment is pest-free
• Adhere to cultivation policies and maintain cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum age 21+ and pass background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to work rotating shifts, evenings/weekends/holidays
• Experience in agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing a plus
• Basic understanding of cannabis laws and compliance a plus
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management
