Own operational procedures: rebalancing, withdrawals, incident response.
Coordinate with engineering and manage stakeholder communications.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in DeFi asset management or traditional finance risk/portfolio.
Strong analytical skills; build models and stress-test assumptions.
Excellent written and verbal communication; governance risk briefs.
Ownership mindset; proactive problem ownership and initiative.
Knowledge of DeFi risk categories; on-chain data tools like Dune and Tenderly.
Nice to have: Solidity/Vyper; private key management; multi-signature wallets.
