• 8+ years in banking, securities services or consulting
• Expertise in custody operations, asset servicing, settlements, post-trade processing
• Strong operating models, regulatory knowledge, and market infrastructure understanding
• Proven track record leading custody/securities transformation, process re-engineering, automation
• Consulting and stakeholder management skills; able to advise senior leaders
• Programme leadership and business development experience
