Customer Analytics Internship

📋 Description

• Validate, clean, and structure data from Salesforce, the Bynder platform, and other sources to
• Support ad hoc analyses requested by Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
• Identify usage patterns and signals to assess customer health and opportunities
• Maintain and improve dashboards for on-demand insights
• Document core metric definitions for data consistency and transparency
• Support Quarterly Insights Review with stakeholders from Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship
• Based in The Netherlands
• 6-month, full-time internship starting October 2026
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data
• Strong communication and ability to explain data clearly
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot) is a plus
