Customer Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain the customer health scoring model across lifecycle
• Develop data models for product usage and adoption
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses for CS leadership and product teams
• Build product configuration metrics showing deployment vs best practices
• Identify and model upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
• Present insights to CS leadership in a decision-ready format

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data science in SaaS (CS/revenue)
• Advanced SQL and data modeling in Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery
• Proficiency with Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
• Built customer health score models driving proactive CS action
• Experience building product usage metrics from raw telemetry
• Proven upsell/cross-sell/expansion sizing within existing base
