Customer Architect

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical coverage.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer.
• Guide onboarding and adoption, driving Elastic consumption.
• Translate customer needs into Elastic solutions and ARR growth.
• Travel onsite; work with customers to tailor implementations.
• Act as trusted technical advisor across services and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in German and English; French a plus.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer.
• Hands-on with Elastic solutions or Elastic stack (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-project leadership ability.
