📋 Description

• Global Contact Services is hiring full-time Customer Care Associates for its growing North Carolina
• This is a work-from-home position supporting people with their daily transportation needs.
• You will assist customers by phone, provide accurate information, and help resolve their questions
• No previous call center or customer service experience is required. We provide paid training and

🎯 Requirements

• Live within a 50-mile straight-line radius of Salisbury, North Carolina.
• Reside in either North Carolina or South Carolina.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week.
• Be able to select and consistently work one of the available full-time schedules.
• Have previous verifiable work experience.
• Have clear verbal communication skills.
