Customer Care Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide mortgage servicing support post-loan approval
• Handle monthly payments, modifications, refinances, and payoffs
• Resolve customer inquiries and requests efficiently
• Contact borrowers to resolve payment/account issues
• Coordinate with servicing teams to identify at-risk borrowers
• Document all interactions in Kiavi’s system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork
• Ability to understand customer issues and drive to resolution
• Excel or spreadsheet experience and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of TCPA, FDCPA, and CFPB Mortgage guidelines preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or related platforms is a plus
