🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years customer support with payroll/HRIS/tax SaaS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Experience supporting payroll, tax, financial, or related software.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll fundamentals and processing.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and W-2s.
