Customer Care Specialist - US Payroll

📋 Description

• Be the first contact for restaurant customers via Chat, Voice, and Casework.
• Resolve payroll, tax, and product issues accurately and empathetically.
• Support payroll workflows: processing, setup, deposits, withholdings.
• Explain payroll concepts clearly to customers with varying knowledge.
• Collaborate with Payroll Ops, Tax Ops, and internal teams to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years customer support exp, payroll/HRIS/tax/SaaS preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Clear verbal and written English
• Experience with payroll, tax, financial or related software
• Strong knowledge of US payroll fundamentals and taxes
• Ability to explain payroll concepts clearly to varied users
