Customer Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end deployment and execution of customer satellite missions
• Interface with customers to translate objectives into operational reality
• Work across requirements, ConOps, commissioning, on-orbit ops, and improvement
• Build mission applications on Loft’s API and infra for scalable on-orbit ops
• Develop tooling and automation in Python to improve reliability and scale

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operational engineering or mission-critical systems
• Experience owning/participating in production systems in real-world ops
• Diagnose and resolve issues across complex multi-layered systems
• Strong Python scripting and automation for operational systems
• Experience with APIs, Docker, and DevOps environments
• Ability to operate under dynamic, high-pressure conditions with evolving requirements
