Customer Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Mission Development Plan for assigned missions with launch-anchored deadlines
• Manage the Customer Offering Portfolio and drive new capability development with product/engineering
• Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to deliver customer value and ensure tools are in place
• Connect Customer Delivery to product planning and deploy new features to operations
• Drive cross-functional coordination and keep leadership/customers aligned
• Engage with customers up to executive level on scope, schedule, and tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• ~8 years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles
• ~3 years as an Engineering PM or TPM at a product-driven tech company, leading cross-functional
• Experience deploying products into production, release readiness, and post-deployment quality
• Experience in the satellite or aerospace industry with knowledge of spacecraft systems or mission
• Experience working directly with external customers, including executives
• Exceptional technical aptitude; able to discuss architecture/tradeoffs with engineers and translate
