Customer Engineer (West Coast)

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding for enterprise customers on LangSmith platform
• Deliver live training workshops for customer teams
• Develop scalable enablement frameworks: tutorials, guides, references
• Synthesize user feedback to inform product roadmap
• Partner with Sales, Deployed Eng, and Professional Services to define enablement strategies
• Stay ahead of agent engineering trends and update materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (Enablement, CSE, etc.)
• 2+ years software engineering with AI/ML apps; Python; strong AI/LLM stack
• Passion for educating users and strong developer empathy
• Experience creating training programs: live workshops, tutorials, docs, videos
• Excellent presentation and communication for diverse audiences
• Willing to travel up to 20%
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith; TS/JS plus Python
• Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript in addition to Python
