📋 Description

• Be the face of Clutch for customers picking up or selling vehicles in Halifax, delivering a unique
• Handle customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint with strong
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and ensure high-quality service before/during customer
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and take thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Collaborate with the team to support other tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ years in retail; 2+ years in customer-facing roles
• License: A Class 5 License with no restrictions
• Driving Record: 3 years clean driving abstract
• Background Check: Clean criminal background
• Work Authorization: Legally allowed to work in Canada
