📋 Description

• Scale relationships with 300+ LATAM customers
• Support retention, expansion, and satisfaction actions
• Coordinate touchpoints with Account Directors and teams
• Help advocacy programs and customer storytelling
• Maintain workflow to boost participation and visibility
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Undergraduate student in Marketing/Business/Communications/IR
• Interest in B2B SaaS, customer marketing and engagement
• Strong written communication; adapt messaging for audiences
• Good org skills; know Google Workspace, Sheets, Docs
• Analytical mindset; learn to track performance
• Hands-on attitude; ownership and collaboration
