📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer operations, e-commerce ops, or similar
  • Experience in fast-paced e-commerce or DTC business
  • Strong Shopify and e-commerce operations knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
