📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support via email, SMS, and other channels.
• Coordinate logistics and monitor order fulfilment across the supply chain.
• Manage inventory and Shopify operations for product updates.
• Own follow-ups, track projects, and surface risks and opportunities.
• Bridge between customers, warehouses, logistics, and leadership.
• Build scalable processes to improve operational performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer operations, e-commerce ops, or similar
• Experience in fast-paced e-commerce or DTC business
• Strong Shopify and e-commerce operations knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
