🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
• At least 2 years in the role or similar.
• 2+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, or CRM.
• 2+ years optimizing CRM workflows and data quality.
• 2+ years coordinating tooling across teams.
• 2+ years designing CRM reports and dashboards.
